Filling a need to take care of returns by customers, Oops aimed to fulfill on taking care of the errand with transparency and ease. While operational, Oops saw rapid growth, fulfilling thousands of returns it’s first year, while expanding coverage from Salt Lake Valley, out to Ogden and Provo.
Ultimately, Oops closed shop due to operations costs (imagine Uber owning all the vehicles). Design and Marketing was fresh, and we had organized in a way that was efficient and ready to scale.
